The types of bread available for pre-ordering online for collection after 1pm on Thursday are
Sourdough - white, multigrain and light rye
Olive - loaf
L'anicienne- loaf and baguette
Specialty - gluten free, spelt and tomato olive focaccia
Bagel - blueberry, plain and seeded (type of seeds varies). Must be ordered in lots of 2 per type.
You must be a current member of Thoughtful Foods to order bread. You can become a member by signing up in the co-op and buying a share in the co-op and paying the annual membership fee. Similarly, memberships must be renewed in the co-op each year.
Olive rolls, sourdough rolls, salt and caraway sticks, and multigrain sticks are only able to be pre-ordered in the co-op.
